Privacy notice
What we collect through endless.mn, why, and what we do with it. In short: we use your details only to answer your request.
Who we are
Endless Energy LLC (Эндлэсс Энержи ХХК), Endless Center, Ulaanbaatar, runs this website and is responsible for the personal information you send through it.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, company, phone number, email address, the type of request and your message.
- Solar savings calculator: the figures you enter, such as your monthly electricity bill and when you use most power, the estimate it calculates, and the email address you give us to receive the quotation.
- Job applications: the CV and details you email to careers@endless.mn. We use them only for recruitment and keep them on file for future roles unless you ask us to delete them.
We don’t ask for identity documents or payment details through the website.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, prepare quotes and follow up on them. If a request turns into an order or a project, we keep the details we need to deliver it.
How it reaches us
Form submissions are sent to our email through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which measures visits with cookieless analytics: it counts page views without identifying you. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site. These services may store or process data on servers outside Mongolia.
Who sees it
We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing. Inside the company, only the people handling your request see it. Outside it, only the services named above handle it, to deliver the form to us.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to handle your request and any business that follows from it, such as a quote, an order or a project.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Email info@endless.mn and we will tell you what we have done.
We handle personal information in line with Mongolia’s Law on the Protection of Personal Information (Хүний хувийн мэдээлэл хамгаалах тухай хууль).
